Patient Lookup allows you to auto-fill patient information from a patient's ID.

With Patient Lookup enabled, a lookup icon will appear on Patient ID fields. Enter the Patient ID and tap the icon.

Patient information will appear as a popup. Press Confirm to autofill patient details.
