Initiate a video call

Open a conversation — this can be a 1:1 chat, group chat, or a case.

On the conversation screen, tap or click the video call button (
) at the top-right corner.
- You’ll be taken to the video call screen, and all participants in the conversation will be notified of the call.

- You’ll be redirected to a new window with the video call screen, and all participants in the conversation will be notified of the call.
Join a video call
- When a video call starts, all participants will receive a ring notification.
- Tap or click the notification to open the conversation where the call was initiated.
- Alternatively, open the conversation manually and click the “Join” button in the call message.
- Once you tap or click “Join”, you’ll be taken to the video call screen to join the ongoing call.
Additional info
You can also find a call banner at the top of the conversation where you can tap/click to join.
Leaving and ending a call
To leave the call, simply tap or click the 'End Call' icon ( ).
You can rejoin the call as long as there are still participants or the call hasn’t ended.
A call will automatically end when the last participant leaves or when the call time limit is reached.
Once the call ends, all conversation participants will receive a message and notification.
