The Celo Secure Library contains all consent forms that you have access to. To find a list of all consent forms you have access to, follow these steps:
- Head to the Library section of Celo.

Open the Consents tab.
A list of consent forms you have access to will open. They are sorted by date of creation, starting from the most recent.
Use
to narrow down the list. - Type in the Patient ID in the search bar. A list of results will appear, divided into tabs between consent forms
- created by you
- created by others
- Head to the Library section of Celo.

All results appear with the Patient ID, their full name and the date of creation.
