From the Home or Messages screen, use the search function to find existing conversations. This includes any archived conversations.

Possible Search Terms
You can try to find people using the following information:
- Contact name
- Search will return any existing chat with that contact, and groups and cases you are both part of.
- Group or case name
- Search will return all groups and cases containing the name.
- Patient ID
- Search will return any case assigned that particular patient ID.
Results are returned grouped by Chat, Group, Case including archived messages.
