What is a case?

  Cases are group conversations centred around a particular patient. Cases function similarly to groups, but with the addition of editable patient details:

  • Patient ID
  • first and last name
  • date of birth
  • gender

Cases remove potential ambiguities when discussing sensitive patient information.

We encourage users to ensure that communications in a case remain relevant. You may wish to create a separate group, or message someone directly to discuss topics unrelated to the case.
