Use the web app to download photos and videos to your computer. Media files cannot be downloaded to your phone.
- Open the photo or video you wish to download. You can look for it through the Library, or by opening up your photo or video from a conversation.

Photos will be downloaded to your computer in a .jfif or .jpeg format, and videos in a .mp4 format.
