File Requirements
Before uploading photos and videos to the Secure Library, check the following requirements:
- (Web) must have a size greater than 600 x 600 pixels.
- must be less than 30 seconds in length.
- can only be uploaded from the mobile app (Android or iOS).
How to upload
- Head to the Library section of Celo.

Under the Media tab, press

You may encounter a pop-up asking you to allow Celo access to your media files. Ensure that you confirm this option.
- Your phone's camera roll will open. Find and press the photos and videos you wish to upload, up to a maximum of 20 photos and videos.
- Press Upload.
Warning
You will be asked if you wish to delete the upload files from your storage.
- Press Delete to delete the files from your own phone. Access will be available from the Celo app.
- Press No to keep a copy on your own phone.
- Head to the Library section of Celo.

- Press Upload.

- Head to the Secure Library section of Celo.
- Make sure the Media tab is open.
- From your computer, you can either:
- drag the photos you wish to upload onto the dashed box
- click Browse in the dashed box to open your system's file explorer.
- You now have the option of doing the following:
- Adding more photos and videos

Press
under the photo you just uploaded.To remove a photo or video, hover over its mini icon and press
.All photos and videos will be stored simultaneously to the Celo Secure Library once you upload.
- Adding Descriptions

Add a description to your photo(s) to provide some context. Each photo will have a separate description
Press Add description and type your description in. This may be edited later from Photo Details.
- Adding Patient Details

If you happen to be uploading photos of a patient, you may choose to add patient details to it. This will apply to the whole set of photos you are uploading.
Not all details need to be filled out immediately. Patient details may be added or edited from Patient Details.
- Once you have finished filling out all details to do with the photo, press Upload to store your photos and videos onto the Celo Secure Library.
The photos and/or videos you have uploaded are now stored in the Celo Secure Library. You may wish to add a description and/or patient details on the photo(s) and/or video(s) you have uploaded.
