Face ID and Touch ID are authenticated by your own device, and not by Celo. Anyone who has their biometrics saved on the device will be able to open Celo and access your messages.
Do not enable this feature if you are unsure whose biometrics are stored on this device.
Enable this feature only if you agree that you are responsible for all Celo activity on this device, as set out in Celo's terms and conditions.
Enable Face ID (iOS)
Tap on your Profile Picture in the top left.
Open Security.
Toggle on Enable Face ID/Touch ID.
Read and Accept the security warning pop-up that appears.
Enable Touch ID (Android)
Tap on your Profile Picture in the top left.
Open Security.
Toggle Fingerprint Login on.
Read and Agree to the security warning pop-up that appears.
