Reset a forgotten password

If you cannot access Celo because of a forgotten password, you can set a new one by following these instructions:

Android iOS Web
  1. Open Celo.
  2. If asked to choose between Sign Up and Log In, press Log In.
  3. Press Forgot Password.
  4. Please enter the email address you used to sign up for Celo and press Continue.
  5. You will receive an email with instructions on resetting your password. Follow the given instructions in order to set a new password. Note that your password must:

    • be at least 8 characters long
    • contain at least one uppercase character
    • contain at least one lowercase character
    • contain at least one number
    • contain one special character (for example, !@#)
