Removing users using the workspace administrator portal

Workspace administrators can remove users from their teams on the 'Manage users' page.

  1. From the 'Manage users' page, search for the user you want to remove.
  2. Click on the icon 'Remove icon' (delete.png). A dialogue box will appear.
    • "Remove from workspace only" will only remove the user from the workspace, but they can still use their Celo account as an individual. 
    • "Remove and deactivate the account" will both remove the user and deactivate their account. This means the user will not be able to use Celo unless they re-register with a different account.
