Recording and sending a voice message
- Open a conversation — this can be a 1:1 chat, group chat, or a case.
- Tap the microphone icon next to the text field (
).
- Recording will begin immediately — no need to hold the button.
- When finished, tap the Stop icon.
- Review your recording, then Send or Delete.

Tap or click the Play button to listen to a voice note.
You can pause and resume at any time.
Additional info
Users on the Free plan can record voice messages up to 30 seconds long, while users on any paid plan can record up to 5 minutes in length. Learn More.
