From your inbox, open a conversation.

Tap and hold a message bubble, and the following options will appear: Copy, Reply and Forward.
- Select the option Forward. A screen will open where you can choose a conversation to forward the message.
- Select the conversation where you want to forward the message. Or, you can also forward the message to a new chat, group or case.
Additional info
Aside from messages, media files like photos, videos, and documents can also be forwarded to another conversation. Each message or media that has been forwarded will have a Forwarded label.

). A pop-up will open with the following options: Copy, Reply, Forward and Delete.
