Archiving a chat, group or case removes it from the Home/Messaging screen. You can use this feature to declutter your message list.
- Head to the Home section of Celo.

Swipe the chat, group or case you wish to archive to the left.

Swipe the chat, group or case to the left. A set of buttons will appear.

- Head to the Messages section of Celo.

Hover your mouse over the chat, group or case you wish to archive.

- Press Archive chat from the list of options that appears.
Retrieving an archived, chat group or case
You can retrieve any archived conversation by searching for it.
Unarchiving a chat, group or case
Sending or receiving a message from an archived conversation will unarchive it.
